Ep 4. Anger! Owning It To Become A Calmer Parent
Today I’m back with a solo episode sharing from the MESSY MIDDLE, particularly when it comes to anger & overwhelm as a parent. I tell you one of my most recent parenting stories and upon reflection, it was actually my own trauma response that I was experiencing.
