Ep 30. Not Willing To Settle - creating a new normal

Today's episode is the solo first episode for a while after sharing the spotlight with my lovely husband as a guest for the past couple of shows, and before that I had the honour of talking with YOU ALL on your 2022 reflections!

Well today, it's back to ME! Talking about the reality of change and creating 'a new normal'. I share some hard truths and including where I am at currently - in the midst of the storm of change, trusting my choices (and that of my child and the universe) and NOT SETTLING.
